I rang your office with an enquiry this afternoon. The agent named Anna took the call. I did not have the information she needed to locate my reservation so i said I will call back. I did not have the information she needed to locate my reservation so i said I will call back. She then said that she'll call me instead so I told her to call back after 20 mins. After 20 mins she actually called me back. Honestly I was not expecting her to call. Based on experience, a call back never happen particularly from customer agents of companies. She took ownership of the call found out the answer for my enquiry. What an absolute gem. This is the kind of customer agents companies should have.You are lucky to have one.

I’ve been using Hoodaki for a few years now but quite recently, I had the pleasure of Jenny’s excellent service! She not only understood our needs to book an affordable trip but actually found us bett... I’ve been using Hoodaki for a few years now but quite recently, I had the pleasure of Jenny’s excellent service! She not only understood our needs to book an affordable trip but actually found us better options so we didn’t need to even tell her that we needed tickets that had better travel times etc. She was also happy to keep looking for us while we discussed options and as such we didn’t feel pressured into making a rushed judgement. In fact, because she was so helpful and went way beyond the basic, we felt we had made a bond and could continue working with her even if we didn’t find a fare to travel with this time and would keep her in mind for the next travel plans. We plan to keep her contact in future so we can ask directly! However, on this occasion, Jenny got us excellent tickets, with excellent travel times/minimum stop-overs etc and even threw in a small discount, which we thought was very kind! Jenny is funny, kind, thorough and didn’t feel like she was only interested in pressing you to commit to buy. Probably why she’s so good at what she does! We will def be using her services again just this time we will take her advice and book in advance rather than try and fly out on Xmas eve! Thanks Jenny, you have got yourself 2 loyal customers, with yearly long haul travel commitments!
