I would like to say how excellent the service from you and your staff member Ronn over live chat, and phone. He took the time to find the very best available flight and found the exact requirements for my mother in law that was needed.
The customer service was excellent and I could not have been more impressed with the professional way Ronn dealt with my enquiry. I was even phoned back when I had trouble with replying to confirm.

Nick was patient and efficient in seeking the best value for my dates;

In addition went through the needs I might have - hotel, insurance, car, further flights;
was courteous and friendly, an excellent telephone manner with a clear voice.
The emails and documents arrived quickly as promised.
Certainly a recommendation for further bookings in the future. I travel to and from Asia two or three times a year, and travel within Asia,
though I may be traveling to Ghana and Cotonue, Benin in the near future.

My subsequent phone call resulted in favourable flight prices and confirmed bookings. Amazingly, within a few hours, I received my e-ticket. I have been very impressed with my recent service from Hoodaki. Not only were the company’s prices some of the best I had seen on the internet, but then when I called, the gentleman who dealt with me, Ian, was extremely helpful and accommodating to our travel needs. Ian dealt with all of our requests efficiently to find us a flight on the right date and time and at a reasonable price given that we are flying at peak time. So, I’d like to thank him personally for all of his help. We would definitely use Hoodaki again.
